Joymax, an independent developer and publisher of interactive entertainment for the global market, recently announced a partnership with top Korean online game developer Dragonfly to bring two of their popular Korean first-person shooter titles to the worldwide arena: Special Force and KARMA Returns. Joymax plans to publish Special Force in the Middle East, Africa, Russia and India, as well as publish KARMA Returns in North America, Latin America and Europe before the end of this year.
“Joymax’s extensive experience with providing high-quality games to a global audience makes them an ideal partner for the service of Special Force and KARMA Returns,” said Chul-woo Park, CEO, Dragonfly. “We look forward to uniting the world in fierce and fun online combat through this collaboration.”
“Dragonfly is truly one of the pioneers in online FPS development,” said Joymax CEO Kwan Ho Park. “We are certain that both Special Force and KARMA Returns will be valued additions to our worldwide service, and we are dedicated to providing our users with the best possible action-packed experience across both titles.”
Special Force is a historically inspired, first-person shooter that delves into the secret world of an elite military unit. Armed with cutting-edge weapons and gadgets, players are thrown into a fierce battle at the heart of a world at war.
KARMA Returns is the newest installment in the KARMA Online series, the first online first-person shooter released in Korea. The game takes players back to World War II, in which they must choose to side with the Axis or Allied powers and join the fight for global victory.
