Review - L.A. Noire
L.A. Noire first released back in 2011 for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, and later that year it came to PC. With legendary company Rockstar Games behind the developer wheel and Team Bondi in charge of developing the game the world was buzzing. But even though the game released to mostly critical...

Review - South Park: The Fracture But Whole
Everybody know the story of South Park by now and if you don't then you should really look it up as it is an amazing story of two people who took a holiday greeting video, with paper-cut stop motion video and made it into one of the most, if not the most, important cartoon experiences since the...

Review - Middle-Earth: Shadow of War
Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor came out of nowhere and quickly claimed its rightfully place as many gamers and gaming websites' number one game back in 2014. It was also one of my personal favourites that year. It wasn't the story that made it so compelling but the “nemesis system” which they...

Review - WWE 2K18
WWE is not what it once was, it used to be the number one TV show, it killed of rival its rival wrestling shows WCW and ECW and became the only place for wrestling for years. But times have changed, and the UFC has grabbed most of the hardcore wrestling fans and WWE is seeing its worst years as...

Review - Destiny 2
We return to one of the most anticipated sequels in history of video games... Well, that might be exaggerated a bit but I remember I kept hearing while Destiny 1 was still fresh in peoples mind that they hoped Destiny 2 would fix all the things we hated with Destiny 1 and it would be a perfect...

Review - Nidhogg 2
Nidhogg 2 is the greatest game ever created! It is game of the year this year, and next year... well not really but right now it truly is for this reviewer. Nidhogg 2 is just what I needed right now and I am going to enjoy this game with my friends and family for a long, long time

Review - Unbox: Newbie's Adventure
As far as I can tell this is Prospect Games first release, and I always find it interesting to check out a fresh developer teams first game so I jumped on the opportunity to check out Unbox: Newbie's Adventure. The title in itself really didn't tell me anything but a few gameplay trailers...

Review - Agents of Mayhem
From the creators of Saints Row we get a new and action packed game. It is more of a crossover to be fair but putting the two up against each other you can clearly see these are two separate games. So how could this be bad? Well, the only problem is that with the success of Saints Row 3 and...

Review - The Escapist 2
The people behind Worms, Team 17, surprised me with the release of The Escapist and since then I have been addicted to the game. So I wasn't hard to convince when I was asked if I was interested in reviewing The Escapist 2

Review - The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing came out of nowhere when it first released and took our reviewer by storm. It was just what he wanted at that specific time in his life and it served up a delicious treat and got a well deserved score in return. Years has passed and the opportunity...

Review - Tekken 7
If you have been around for at least a few years in the gaming industry, either as a writer or just a fan of video games you know there are two fighting games that everyone mentions when asked if they can name some, one is Street Fighter the other, is Tekken. I remember spending way too...

Review - Tales of Berseria
I love exploring games that I have no previous experiences with, it is like a loot filled chest with everything you always wanted or something you never knew you always wanted, but sometimes that chest grows teeth and starts chasing you and you run away from that chest promising yourself never...

Review - Double Dragon 4
I remember me and my nephew, celebrating a winter holiday at my grandpas house, with a NES and Double Dragon rented from the local video shop. It might have been the greatest weekend of my life. And here we are, I am now a grown man with kids of my own and playing Double Dragon 4 on my...

Review - Yakuza 0
Yakuza is a series of games that I have always had a love hate relationship towards. But with the latest release, Yakuza 0 I am leaning towards love way more than I have ever before

Review - Civilization VI
For nearly 30 years Civilization has plagued our gaming world, people have lost time, sleep and not to mention been frustrated, yet in love with a game so simple yet so incredible deep and time demanding it is sometimes hard to see how this game can be sold at a regular price and not a yearly...

Review - L.A. Noire
L.A. Noire first released back in 2011 for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, and later that year it came to PC. With legendary company Rockstar Games behind the developer wheel and Team Bondi in charge of developing the game the world was buzzing. But even though the game released to mostly critical success Team Bondi shut down later on with rumours of bad working conditions and not being able to secure a new game. Team Bondi went all out with L.A. Noire and the game flaunted its incredible face rendering mechanics, which gave the players the ability to play detective and spot a liar just by looking at how the character acted and talked which at that time was revolutionary. So years have passed and we are ready to check out the Remastered version of a classic as we review the Xbox One version of L.A. Noire Remastered
Review - South Park: The Fracture But Whole
Everybody know the story of South Park by now and if you don't then you should really look it up as it is an amazing story of two people who took a holiday greeting video, with paper-cut stop motion video and made it into one of the most, if not the most, important cartoon experiences since the introduction of Mickey Mouse... Yeah I said it. The Stick of Truth did similar things, as the creators pushed the bar as for what was excepted as entertainment and really gave the players a story which at times felt uncomfortable playing, at least I felt so.
Review - Middle-Earth: Shadow of War
Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor came out of nowhere and quickly claimed its rightfully place as many gamers and gaming websites' number one game back in 2014. It was also one of my personal favourites that year. It wasn't the story that made it so compelling but the “nemesis system” which they introduced and made the game so special. I was personally excited to get my hands on Shadow of War thinking they would build upon the system and perfect it but after 40+ hours I was sadly left with the feeling that it is more of the same
Review - WWE 2K18
WWE is not what it once was, it used to be the number one TV show, it killed of rival its rival wrestling shows WCW and ECW and became the only place for wrestling for years. But times have changed, and the UFC has grabbed most of the hardcore wrestling fans and WWE is seeing its worst years as of lately. But even though the TV show is chugging along another thing that has always been reliable is the fact that we each year get a new wrestling game. But sadly even these have seen more downs then ups these last couple of years. Me however, I am always positive and even though I have struggled through every WWE game release and review all of them throughout the years I have always found something I enjoyed with them, but WWE 2k18 is really giving me a hard time.
Review - Destiny 2
We return to one of the most anticipated sequels in history of video games... Well, that might be exaggerated a bit but I remember I kept hearing while Destiny 1 was still fresh in peoples mind that they hoped Destiny 2 would fix all the things we hated with Destiny 1 and it would be a perfect game. But when Taken King released it kind of repaired all the damage the first release came with so playing Destiny 2 they not only fixed what was wrong with Destiny they made it even better, yes Destiny 2 is better than Destiny, there I said it, now read my review before you sharpen your pitchforks.
The title in itself really didn't tell me anything but a few gameplay trailers peeked my interest, I mean how many times in your life have you played as a cardboard box? Exactly
Review - Agents of Mayhem
From the creators of Saints Row we get a new and action packed game. It is more of a crossover to be fair but putting the two up against each other you can clearly see these are two separate games. So how could this be bad? Well, the only problem is that with the success of Saints Row 3 and arguably 4 I kind of felt like something was missing from Agents of Mayhem
Years has passed and the opportunity to try out the second game in the series as it released on the current-gen consoles I had to jump in and try it out for myself and even though you might think this is nothing more than a Diablo clone there is so much more lurking beneath the surface of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II
